As a certified SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) evaluator for the Department of Transportation (DOT), I evaluate individuals who have violated DOT drug and alcohol regulations. These regulations ensure the safety of employees and the public, particularly in safety-sensitive transportation industries such as aviation, trucking, railroads, and pipelines.

When an employee violates DOT drug and alcohol regulations, they are required to undergo an SAP evaluation. The SAP evaluates the individual's substance use and determines what steps need to be taken for them to return to safety-sensitive duties. This might include education, treatment, follow-up testing, or other recommendations.

You can schedule SAP Evaluations with me by appointment only. Following the evaluation, I'll collaborate with your company to meet all requirements and discuss the subsequent steps. Typically, I conduct these evaluations on Mondays, but I can accommodate flexibility as needed.

Insurance does not cover these assessments, and payment will be due at the time of the appointment. The fee for a DOT Substance Abuse Evaluation is $300.00
